Plans for the historical Sterling community include ongoing affordable housing development for residents, seniors, veterans, teachers, and young adults wanting to live within Greenville County.
Create a self-sustaining community model, generate suitable living and health food businesses, job training and apprenticeship opportunities for community residents.
Start a campaign to generate revenue to erect a statue on the corner of Jenkins St. and Malloy St. to memorialize the grounds where Sterling High School once stood.
Finalize the next phase of projects that involves the Huddle Property and other contingency land we currently own with construction of efficiency style living apartments to house low to moderate income level individuals.
Target unused lots and unused properties in and outside of the Sterling Community for eventual residence development.
